Day 1: Boarding & Leaving Miami
Whether you are coming from a Miami hotel or airport, boarding will be a breeze with Priority Boarding thanks to Follow the Goose’s affiliation with Virtuoso. Check your bags with the porters, look for the “Girls Just Wanna Have Sun” Cruise Host (surprise, it’s ME!), and be among the first Sailors on-board. Because you’ll receive my insider guide on how to maximize those first few hours, you can relax, grab a cool beverage, and get the hottest view for watching the bright lights of Miami fade into the horizon.

Day 2: At Sea
Now is the perfect time to unwind from the excitement of getting under way. Enjoy a leisurely breakfast on deck or in your room (yep, room service is included!), explore the ship and find your favorite place to grab a drink, read a book, take a nap. It’s adults-only, and that doesn’t mean this is *only* a party-all-the-time cruise; naps are highly encouraged., too Now’s the perfect time to book the rest of your dining and show reservations if you haven’t already. Enjoy the daytime entertainment, or maybe join a dodgeball tournament. Who knows? We are at sea and there is so much do, from a little bit of everything to a whole lotta nothing. Enjoy.

Explore the mayan coast
Day 3: costa maya
Ancient ruins, sleepy beachside villages, and natural lagoons with seven shades of blue — this Mexican port is beaming with culture, history, and beauty. How you choose to engage is up to you. An excursion to visit the Mayan ruins of Chacchoben, followed by lunch at the Uchbenkah Lagoon? Take part in a revitalizing and cleansing day at a Mayan wellness retreat lead by a Xaman? From snorkeling to jet skis, massages and beach cabanas, Costa Maya has all you could want to experience this beautiful Mexican coastal town.

A ship-wide party drenched in red, this.is.Scarlet Night! I won’t ruin it by saying more. Just trust me, and bring something red to wear, and a “why not” attitude.
Day 4: sailing
rest. relax. recover.
Didn’t I tell you you’d love Scarlet Night?! And aren’t you glad we have a day to unwind while we sail to our next port? Today is my favorite day to swap stories about where we went, what we saw, and what we did during Scarlet Night. Let’s catch up over brunch. Lunch. Tapas. Dinner. Shake, shake, Shake for Champagne, anyone? Maybe an ice cream cone? Um, yes, to both. I loved your outfit. Did you see that amazing performance?

Day 5: Bimini
Ahh, the beach club life
Did you see that divine video at the top of the page? Wouldn’t it be amazing if you were met on the pier with beach towels and a tram, and escorted to a private beach club just like that? Well, you’re in luck: the Beach Club at Bimini is a favorite of mine and Sailors everywhere, and it’s waiting just for us. White sand, the most insanely turquoise waters, two pools, chill tunes, delicious locally-inspired food, and rows of beach chairs and umbrellas. It’s everything you could want from a topical paradise. Best of all, it’s just another included luxury.
Looking for a little more action? Snorkel with stingrays, dive a shipwreck, meet some hammerheads, or rent a golf cart to cruise the island eat & drink like a local. Bimini truly has it all.
Day 6: return to reality. i mean, miami.
so long, farewell, when are we sailing again?
Grab an early breakfast at Razzle Dazzle, or snag your morning favorites in the Galley. Sadly, it’s time to gather the last of our things (thank goodness they picked up our bags overnight!), and disembark. Whether you’re exploring Miami for the day, staying overnight, or heading straight the airport, I hope you’re leaving with amazing memories and strengthened or new friendships.
I can’t wait to do it all again!

No, there will be other genders and gender-identities on-board the ship. Our group, or Circle, is women-focused for this cruise.

We love the guys in our lives; husbands, brothers, besties, and more! This trip is just for the gals (when we say women, we mean ALL women), so please leave your male and male-identifying cruisers at home….this time!

Flights are not included, and it is up to you to get to Miami in time to board by 3 pm. If you would like flight assistance, I am happy to assist in travel arrangements, starting at $100 peperson.

The average age is about 42-45, with adults over 21 welcome. You will see young, young-at-heart, and glad-not-be-young represented. But NO KIDS! Hurray!

Bar Tab is a prepaid amount you purchase prior to sailing. You can use Bar Tab for alcohol, Shake For Champagne, specialty coffee drinks, smoothies, protein shakes, Red Bull, and any other drinks not considered “essential”. Like Sailor Loot, use it or lose it; there is no cash value on any remaining balance at the end of sailing.

Pay $199 using any of the RSVP buttons to save your spot. You’ll receive an email with next steps within 24-hours.

Gather your gals! It’s time to make sure you’ve got a cabin-mate or request one. Get your crew secured by May 30.
deposit
20% cruise fare deposit is due to Virgin Voyages by May 30. Pay via your Travel Advisor or supplied link.
Payment
The balance of your cruise fare is due by June 7. You will still be able to add Bar Tab, Shore Things, and more until we sail!
The Fine Print
Pricing is based on double occupancy. If you do not have a friend or partner to book with, we can try match you with a roommate. Ultimately, it’s up to you to find a cabin companion. You have until May 30, 2024 to add your Second Sailor information (what’s Mom doing?).
If you prefer to cruise solo, we will do our best to accomodate you; solo cabins are limited, and may be sold out at the time of booking. You are welcome to book any cabin as a solo Sailor at the current single-occupancy rate. Conversely, there may be opportunities for 3 or 4-person cabins.
Pricing may go up after May 30, 2024. Book now to secure the rate and inclusions published on this site. Bookings made after this date will be booked at prevailing rate.
A 20% deposit of the full fare PER CABIN, is due by May 30, 2024.
Full and final payment is due 120 days (June 7, 2024) prior to sailing.
20% fare deposit is bound by Virgin Voyages T&C’s found here. Please read the Circle guidelines and refund/cancellation policy.
Alcoholic beverages, specialty beverages (espresso coffees, Red Bull, fresh juices, smoothies, etc), Shore Things (excursions), some on-board activities, and Sip & Savor pre fixe menus are at additional cost, and not included.
Circle benefits are determined by total cabins booked, and are automatically added (whoo-hoo!) to each booking after 10 or more cabins are booked. Benefits may include: a complimentary champagne, concierge dining, bon voyage party, and more. Circle benefits are subject to Virgin Voyages T&C’s here. If 10 cabins are not secured by May 30, 2024, all bookings will automatically be converted to individual bookings, and Circle benefits, including $100 Sailor Loot will no longer apply.
Your paid “RSVP” deposit ($199) acknowledges your interest in booking this cruise, and is paid to Follow the Goose Travel directly. This covers planning & processing fees, and goes toward onboard group events not included in standard fare, like Bon Voyage Party, and is non-refundable.
